Follow the below steps to complete your RSVP!

1. Submit your event RSVP by filling out the form below by Thursday, June 6, by 5PM CST/6PM EST.

2. Book your hotel room (FOR THE EVENT DATES ONLY) at the Meritage Resort & Spa at the link on the VENUE tab by Thursday, June 6, by 5PM CST/6PM EST.

Please Note: The link to book your hotel room below is to book over the event dates only (Check-In: August 7 and Check-Out: August 9).
If you still wish to extend your stay in Napa at The Meritage, please call the Meritage at 866.370.6272 to add on your desired dates pre and/or post event. Pre and post date are still subject to availability.
- When calling, please provide the Meritage your reservation number so they can adjust your reservation and provide you with the current rate of the pre and post nights.
- Any pre and post nights will be at your own expense.

3. Secure your flights for the event by calling or submitting the online form to Travel Leaders Thursday, June 13, by 6PM EST/5PM CST.
