Coldwell Banker Realty will cover the cost of your non-refundable roundtrip coach airfare for you.

• You can book the flight for your guest at the same time at your own expense by using your personal credit card.

• Upgrade and baggage fees will be at your own expense. 

• The designated airport is San Francisco International Airport (SFO).

Notes:

• Please do not book your flights through Concur on your own AMEX, airline websites, or third-party travel websites.

• Your airfare will show up in your Concur account. As it was charged to the company and not to your Corporate American Express card, you do not need to expense the charge.

Book by Phone: 

• Travel Leaders is available Monday through Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM CST by calling 800.701.5195. 

• When calling please note that you are part of the Coldwell Banker Realty 2024 President's Council Retreat taking place in Napa, CA and provide your name for booking. 

• Please plan to arrive to the hotel by 4PM PST. The hotel is approximately an hour from the airport.

• Flights should be booked by Thursday, June 13.

Note: Travel Leaders does not have a voicemail; therefore, the call will continue to ring indefinitely.

Book by Online Form: Instead of calling, you may fill out this online form with your information and flight preferences. Travel Leaders will then reach back out to contact you with the best flight option, but will require your approval before ticketing.

 

Note: Please be aware that they cannot hold a reservation longer than 24 hours, so please be timely in your response back to Travel Leaders.

• For transportation to / from your home airport, please expense on your regular T&E. Alternatively, you can expense mileage costs including parking costs at the airport.

• Ground transportation will be arranged and provided by Coldwell Banker Realty to and from San Francisco International Airport on your arrival and departure dates.

• You will be notified in advance of the transportation details.

  • Note: You may be sharing transportation with other attendees.

• Alternative arrangements are at your own expense. If you are renting a car, Coldwell Banker Realty will pay for the nightly parking charges at the Meritage Resort for the duration of your stay.
